Before Your Appointment
To protect the health of every patient and our dental care team, please notify us before confirming your appointment if any of the following apply:
- You have tested positive for COVID-19 or are waiting for test results.
- You are experiencing fever, dry cough, loss of taste or smell, runny nose, sore throat, or cold-like symptoms unrelated to allergies.
- You have traveled within the United States or to another country in the past 14 days.
- You have had known contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19.
If any of these situations apply, please contact our office before your visit so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Paperless Forms & Patient Portal
To make your visit as efficient as possible, our office is now completely paperless. Completing your online forms ahead of time helps us prepare for your appointment and minimize time spent in the waiting room.
- New patients: Complete all online forms through the New Patient Forms link and click “Submit” when finished.
- Existing patients: You’ll receive a text message on the day of your appointment with a link to update your forms.
- Patient Portal access: Existing patients may request a secure Patient Portal invitation to complete forms up to one week in advance, view upcoming appointments, and send messages directly to Dr. Vaynblat or Dr. Finkelstein.
Thank you for taking a few minutes to complete your forms before your visit—it helps us keep your experience smooth and safe.
Arrival & Check-In Procedures
We continue to follow CDC-recommended protocols to maintain a safe environment for every patient.
- Please wear a mask in all non-treatment areas of the office.
- Upon arrival, sanitize your hands and complete a brief screening form.
- Your temperature will be checked before treatment (must be below 100.0°F)
- A pre-procedural rinse will be provided to help lower bacteria in your mouth.
- After your visit, sanitize your hands again and replace your mask before leaving.
If you prefer to wait in your car, you can simply contact the office when you arrive. Remote check-out options are also available for your convenience.
Technology & System Updates
Our practice recently upgraded to a new electronic records system designed to make your experience more seamless and efficient. We appreciate your patience as we continue refining this technology to better serve you.
